为拓展研究生的国际视野，提升其科研能力，激励其在学习、科研等方面的积极性，营造教育学科和谐奋进的学习氛围，面向教育学学术型研究生，提供赴芬兰坦佩雷大学交流学习的机会，特此通知。

一、选拔对象

本方案选拔对象为在我校攻读硕士学位的全日制在读学术型研究生。基于前期两校合作基础，优先考虑教育学科学生；基于同济大学研究生的学制安排，优先考虑2023级入学的学生。

二、交换院校介绍

芬兰坦佩雷大学（Tampere University）

作为目前芬兰规模第二大的大学，坦佩雷大学拥有21000名学生和近4000名教职员工，下设信息技术和通讯、工商管理、教育和文化、医药和医疗技术、建筑环境、工程和自然科学、社会科学7个学院。主校区所在城市坦佩雷位于芬兰西南部纳西湖和比哈湖之间，是芬兰第三大城市，距离首都赫尔辛基约170公里，也是诺基亚的诞生地。它也是首个登上央视频道的芬兰大学（https://tv.cctv.com/2018/09/08/VIDEkhgXIjt0jMYbeC6Mobtk180908.shtml），在校的中国留学生被认为是坦佩雷地区国际人才的重要群体。

交换学生名额：每学期2名；

学习时间：2024-2025学年秋季学期，为期一学期。

三、申请流程

1.以个人自愿报名为原则，学生按照坦佩雷大学交换生项目要求准备申请材料，于2024年3月24日之前提交申请至姜洁老师（jiangjie@tongji.edu.cn），邮件标题为“学号+姓名+2024秋季芬兰交换申请”；

2. 2024年3月25日-3月31日，教育学科组织评审，选拔确定派遣学生，并向我校外办提交推荐学生名单。

3. 2024年4月1日- 4月15日，我校外办审核推荐学生资格，并向坦佩雷大学提交推荐学生名单。提名学生将收到坦大外办邮件通知和报名链接。

4.4月15日- 4月30日，所推荐学生按照坦佩雷大学交换生项目要求，向坦大提交申请材料；

5.2024年4月30日-5月30日，坦佩雷大学完成交换生筛选，并公布交换生名单；

6. 2024年6月-8月，获交换生资格同学，根据坦大外办要求，办理出国相关手续；

7. 2024年9月-12月，出国交流，完成秋季学期学习。

四、申请材料（英文）（详情可查阅：How to apply for exchange studies at Tampere University | Tampere universities (tuni.fi)）

1. 成绩单：An official academic transcript of      your university records issued by your home university. The document      should be either digitally certified or signed and stamped by a university      official and cover the the full length of your studies. If you have      completed your bachelor's degree and you are applying for master's level      studies, please upload your bachelor's degree transcript as well

2. 动机信：A motivation letter (max.      1 page). Tell us why and what you wish to study at Tampere University.      Write about your knowledge in the subjects you have taken in your previous      studies with reference to the studies you are applying for. Describe your      objectives for studying at Tampere University and your goals after your      study period in Tampere. Provide any further information that you feel may      be relevant to your application. The language of the motivation letter is      English. However, if you apply to the study module of Finnish Language and Culture,      please write your motivation letter in Finnish. If you apply to the Degree Programme in Languages,      specialisation in Scandinavian Languages, please write your      motivation letter in Swedish

3. 学习计划：A preliminary study plan.      Please list the preliminary courses you are interested to take at Tampere      University in the application portal. Make sure that you understand our      teaching periods and completion options including self-study options.      Exchange students are expected to select the majority of their courses from      the hosting faculty and campus. Acceptance to courses of      other fields of studies and faculties cannot be guaranteed, and usually      some prior studies in these fields are required. 英文水平证明：A proof of knowledge of English according      to the language requirements of Tampere University：A score report of one of the      following language tests:

TOEFL       (Test of English as a Foreign Language) - 92/iBT (incl. Home       Edition), with no sections below 20

IELTS       Academic (International English Language Testing System) - 6.5 with       no individual score below 5.5 (incl. IELTS       Online)

Duolingo       English Test (DET) - 115

4. 护照复印件：A photo of passport's ID page or EU/EEA/EFTA identity card

5. 其他材料：如建筑系学生需附上作品集。

   Other documents (if      applicable). Students      of architecture on      our Hervanta campus need to attach a portfolio (.pdf) to the online      application. The portfolio should give a clear and concise summary of your      skills. Your portfolio should start with the most recent project and      include projects in a variety of scales, preferably from urban planning or      design to architectural details. Building design projects should have      clear plans and sections in addition to perspectives or other      visualisations. The portfolio layout should be legible on most common      computer screens

五、费用说明

基于两校合作协议精神，交换期间学费互免，其余生活所需费用（含签证费、差旅、住宿、保险等）由学生自理。

六、国际交流优秀奖学金

为鼓励学生们积极参与国际交流、开拓国际视野，同济高教所特为交换期间表现优异学生设立国际交流优秀奖学金。交换期结束，基于学生交换期间学业表现和导师推荐，在该学期所有交换生中评选1-3名优秀学生，以资鼓励。
