一、Academic Master

1.Higher Education

To cultivate professional talents with solid theoretical foundation and strong working ability to adapt to the reform and development needs of higher education institutions: 

(1) master the basic theories and knowledge of higher education and related fields;

(2) master basic research methods to analyze, judge and give solutions to educational practice issues, and be able to independently write research reports and academic papers; 

(3) Strong organizational, coordination, management and leadership skills. The main research directions include: a) sustainable development and higher education; b) Higher Education of Engineering; c) higher education management and modern university governance; d) institutional research and development strategy

2.Higher Education Management(Interdisciplinary)

Cooperating with a mentor with rich practical experience in the field of higher education management, to cultivate professional talents with solid theoretical foundation and strong working ability to adapt to the reform and development needs of higher education institutions: 

(1) master the basic theories and knowledge of higher education and related fields; 

(2) master basic research methods to analyze, judge and give solutions to educational practice issues, and be able to independently write research reports and academic papers;

二、Professional Master

1. Master of Education (Education Management)

To cultivate educational and teaching management personnel who master modern education management theory in basic education schools and secondary vocational and technical education schools. Require graduates to have a good academic accomplishment and reasonable quality structure, master educational theory and education management expertise, understand the academic frontiers and development trends of modern education management; familiar with the education management practice of basic education schools or secondary vocational and technical education schools, practice the basic ability of modern education management, including judgment, decision-making, resilience, organization, coordination, command ability, etc.; able to combine theory with practice, solve practical problems in education management, and creatively engage in education management.
